Full chakra balance with vowels and scale pattern
In this playlist, I use specific vowel sounds and pitches to balance and nourish the energy of each chakra.
Different vowels resonate with different chakras. The frequency, or wave patterns, emitted when different vowels are sounded match the frequency or wave pattern of certain energy centers of the body. Also, different pitches resonate with specific chakras as well.
As you tone along with each recording in the playlist, visualize the energy moving up from your root and continuing up through your crown one vowel sound at a time. Dissonant intervals release and motivate blocked energy, harmonizing intervals offer stability, alignment and sonic nourishment.

Playlist: Aligning the center of power with other chakras
In this playlist, simple healing sounds are used to balance the energy of the solar plexus with the other chakras. You'll hear the sounds of a low Tibetan signing bowl (161hz, about the pitch of E in our tuning system), with vocal toning above it.
This pitch of E in the Tibetan signing bowl resonates with the frequency of the solar plexus. The vocal toning vowels and pitches above the singing bowl resonate with the other chakras. Please feel free to tone along!
