Full chakra balance with vowels and scale pattern

In this playlist, I use specific vowel sounds and pitches to balance and nourish the energy of each chakra.

Different vowels resonate with different chakras. The frequency, or wave patterns, emitted when different vowels are sounded match the frequency or wave pattern of certain energy centers of the body.

Also, different pitches resonate with specific chakras as well. In this recording, I establish the root with a monochord tuned to C (which aligns with the root chakra), and then I tone above it to bring each chakra into alignment with the foundation.

You'll hear vocal toning in a C major scale pattern beginning with C and continuing on up through the chakras:

C (unison) = root (UH)

D (major 2nd) = sacral (OOO)

E (major 3rd) = solar plexus (OH)

F (perfect 4th) = heart (AH)

G (perfect 5th) = throat (EYE)

A (major 6th) = third eye (AYE)

B (major 7th) = crown (EEE)

C (octave) = unifying all chakras. (OM)

As you tone along with each recording in the playlist, visualize the energy moving up from your root and continuing up through your crown one vowel sound at a time. Dissonant intervals release and motivate blocked energy, harmonizing intervals offer stability, alignment and sonic nourishment.
