Practice Pathways are designed for those who wish to move beyond individual sessions and establish a longer-term relationship with their wellbeing. Each pathway includes a personalized Foundational Sound Journey, followed by a series of Continuing Sound Journeys that support you as your practice naturally evolves.

This rate reflects the true cost of your session and helps sustain the ongoing work of the practice. If you're comfortably able to do so, this is the rate we recommend.

Choosing the Stewardship Rate helps support Community-rate sessions and contributes to the long-term sustainability of this practice, allowing more people to access this work regardless of their financial circumstances.
