Understand Your Energy Field

Subtle Energy
The subtle energy of the field extends several inches past the body. Closer to the material mass of the physical body, the quality of energy is denser, slower moving and lower frequency. Further away, the energy becomes lighter, faster moving and higher frequency.
In sound healing, we focus on 5 layers:
Physical
Emotional
Mental,
Soul, and
Spirit.
Energy can become stuck or stagnant between these lateral layers, and/or between or around the chakras. During a sound healing session, we check the energy flow of the 7 main chakras within each layer for patterns of energetic excesses or depletions. From this information, we gain insights about where there may be energetic bottlenecks that are affecting the flow.

A simple lateral assessment checks at the balance between the archetypal yang and yin energies of the right and left side, respectively. This is done close to the body at the physical layer.
An extended lateral assessment checks chakra areas across a person’s life time. Through her research, Sound Healing Practitioner, Eileen McKusick noted that certain areas of the subtle energy field could hold energy patterns across a person’s lifetime, measured in distance away from the body.
Energy may become stuck in these areas due to significant events or traumatic incidents that are not fully processed and integrated. She found that when the arms are outstretched, the length of the arm represents about half a person’s life. If you double that distance, you can work with subtle energy patterns from birth/start of life.
Basic measurement markers are included here to note the quarter marks of a person’s life line across each chakra. For instance, if a person is 40, the closest dot to the body will be current time, or 40 years of age. The dot next to it represents the start of the most recent quarter of life around the age of 30. The half way mark at the fingertips represents age 20, the dot next to that goes back to age 10, and the final dot, furthest from the body, represents birth or age 0.
Ability to go far back in the timeline – even possibly to pre-birth – depends on the space in the room. When energetic disturbances are found, these patterns are smoothed and swept into the body to integrate this stuck energy pattern into current time. The lateral assessment can be a lengthy, but useful if done in a targeted way. For instance, if there is an area of ongoing pain or discomfort, a lateral assessment can be carried out on the chakras near that area to identify if there are any energetic disturbances that require integration.

I provide in-depth, personalized readings and sound recommendations based on an energy assessment I provide, brief self-assessments you will provide and a card reading. There is no need to schedule an appointment or see me in person! All of this will be done virtually/non-locally and an emailed report (see the watermarked, attached sample), will be provided to you.
Here is an overview of the process and what you can expect:
I will tune into your energy non-locally using techniques gained during my training. During this process, I will assess 5 different layers of your energy field across your main 7 chakras, and conduct a lateral assessment if needed.
Along with this, I will conduct a card reading with select decks.
I will review your completed self-assessments. (You will fill these out based on links I will send to you via email).
In diagrams on the report, I will note findings of your energy assessment. Also, I will offer a thorough insights regarding your energy assessments and how it relates to what you note about your current state of wellbeing.
In addition, I will provide you PDFs of the cards I’ve drawn and their interpretations with insights how they apply to you.
Lastly, I will provide you with curated links to sound files that you can use to support the areas noted on your report.
After your purchase, I will contact you directly over email to send you links to the self-assessments. Please allow around 1-week of turn around time to receive your reading.
