Different vowels resonate with different chakras. The frequency, or wave patterns, emitted when different vowels are sounded match the frequency or wave pattern of certain energy centers of the body.

This vowel sound resonates with the solar plexus chakra and the element of fire.

In this track, you hear the sounds of a monochord tuned to C with me toning above it. I am toning the intervals of unison, a perfect fourth, a perfect fifth and a major third. This combination of intervals is known to ease anxiety thanks to the work of Dr. John Beaulieu.

In this simple track, I tone a major third along with a Tibetan Singing bowl. The Tibetan Singing Bowl is at the frequency of 161hz (about the pitch of E in our tuning system). The pitch of E resonates in with the frequency of the solar plexus chakra, the center of will and discipline. The major third is intended to engage the throat chakra and move fresh energy between the two.
