Om Ram Ramaya Namaha

Rama possesed gift of being able to make something be, just by speaking it. Repeating certain Rama mantras carries similar energies and the healing potencies are very powerful.

Also note, RAM is the bija mantra for the solar plexus. This is a powerful mantra to use when working with this center.
