When you come to Charm, you’ll enter a cozy, safe environment where you can relax, sip tea and feel completely at home.

My specialty is individual, transformational sound journeys. However, I am happy to host small groups on site or come to you to provide healing sounds for your group, workshop or event.

Individual Sound Experiences

Transformational Sound Journeys: In-Person

Sound alone is wonderful. But sound plus intention is where the magic happens.

We will look at your whole state of wellness and energy flow, and create sounds that are just for you and your wellness goals. You’ll be provided tea and water and have the chance to draw a card at the beginning of the session to help you set your intention. At the end of the session you’ll go home with tools to support your well-being with sound. I will follow up with an email that includes a recap and some complementary sound recordings for your sound self-care.

Transformational sound journeys are for individuals only.

  • 90 min | $110

    This is the recommended starting place for new clients, or those who want a long or deep exploration through sound.

    This extended session provides additional time for us to get to know one another, discuss your intake forms, intention and expectations.

  • 75 min | $90

    This is length is great for those who are fairly new to transformative sound or spiritual practice, or for those who want to relax with sound for more than an hour!

    This includes time at the beginning and end to connect on intention, core concepts and next steps with plenty of time for the healing sounds.

  • 60 min | $70

    This session length is recommended for those who are familiar with sound healing and spiritual practice.

    We will continue work on your already established healing intention, and fine-tune next steps as needed.

    If you are a new client, but can’t commit to a longer session, we can still make this work. Just be aware that a portion of our session will be dedicate to talking. So there may be less time for sounds. Thank you!

Group Sound Experiences

Sound Sanctuary: In-person

60 min | $35 per person flat rate

Sound Sanctuary is offered at 3 different time slots on select days to offer a restorative, 60-minute sound bath as a break in busy schedules. Up to 6 people may attend in person. Each individual must register separately.

Next Sound Sanctuary Dates: Tuesday, October 29, 2024, Wednesday, November 6, 2024, Tuesday, November 12, 2024

Time slots: Morning (10:15-11:15), Lunch (12-1), Late Afternoon (1:45-2:45)

Group Sound Bath: In-person

90 min | $55 per person flat rate

I am happy to host groups of 2-4 people for a sound bath.

My space has soft sofas and chairs where you can recline in a seated position with legs elevated on a personal ottoman, or if grounding on the floor is preferred, that may be possible depending on group size. Timing is 90 mintues to allow adequate time for a group to convene and settle before sounds begin. I will provide you tea and water and the chance to draw a card before the session to help you set your intention.

I’m happy to come to you to provide healing sounds for your group, workshop, event or organization.

Healing sounds are particularly lovely to accompany yoga nidra or meditation classes. I vocally tone and have several instruments that I can bring to your location including Tibetan singing bowls, a celtic harp, monochord, chimes and drums.
